You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Only the items that in new and unused condition are eligible for return

We understand that selecting the right gasket for your unit can be challenging. If you made a measuring mistake or chose an incorrect profile, notify us within 30 days, and we’ll do our best to correct it.

If you need to exchange a purchased gasket, you must first return the gasket(s) that, for any reason, you are unable to use. Once we receive the returned items, we will send out the replacement gaskets as requested.

If you require the replacement gaskets urgently, you will need to place a new order on our website and pay for it. We will then ship the new gaskets immediately. After we receive the returned incorrect or unusable gaskets, we will review the situation and process any applicable refunds according to our policy.

For non-custom, resalable items, returns or cancellations may incur a restocking fee of 10% – 15%, depending on the item. For returning custom-made gaskets due to customer error, a 35%-50% price reduction may apply. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Provide photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
