  • We understand that selecting the right gasket for your unit can be challenging. If you made a measuring mistake or chose an incorrect profile, notify us within 30 days, and we’ll do our best to correct it.

For returning custom-made gaskets due to customer error, a 35%-50% price reduction may apply. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.


3. Restocking Fee:

  • For non-custom, resalable items, returns or cancellations may incur a restocking fee of 10% – 15%, depending on the item.


5. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Provide photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
